Kristen is an experienced media trainer, speechwriter, and delivery coach with decades of expertise in media and communication strategy. As a message "architect," she specializes in focusing on "micro moments" that complete the big picture. Kristen earned her Bachelor's degree in Communications and Media Studies from Framingham State in 1992, and received an Honorary Doctor of Laws from Framingham State in 2002.
